Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa was honoured to support Alliance Française Ottawa’s milestone 120th anniversary celebration on November 8 at Ottawa City Hall.

The gala brought together community leaders and cultural partners for an evening of emotion, artistry, and francophone pride. Our chefs and students were recognized for their exceptional culinary contributions, presenting a selection of refined savory and sweet creations that elevated the festivities, including the magnificent anniversary cake crafted by our talented pastry team.

The ceremonial cake-cutting was led by our Head Chef Instructor, Chef Yann Le Coz, who represented the institute with distinction. We extend our warm congratulations to Alliance Française Ottawa on this historic milestone and are proud to have played a part in commemorating over a century of francophone culture in our city.
