Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand is proud to announce its recognition as Oceania’s Best Culinary Training Institution for 2025 in the World Culinary Awards. This prestigious award celebrates the school’s commitment to quality, vision, and culinary education leadership. This win is a testament to the dedication of Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand’s students, staff, alumni, and our global network of more than 35 schools across 20 countries. Together, we will continue to shape the future of gastronomy by nurturing the next generation of culinary entrepreneurs and hospitality experts.
Established in 2012, Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand is a state-of-the-art culinary school located in the heart of Wellington’s vibrant Cuba Street. The central location offers students an immersive experience, surrounded by the city’s rich culinary scene, including renowned restaurants, bars, and industry professionals. Our campus features two exclusive programmes, the Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business, and the Master of Applied Hospitality Management. Each are designed with a real-world application focus that includes an industry placement and 3 year post study work visa on completion. Our curriculum prepares students for the workplace with a mindset of leadership.
Originally established in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu is now recognised as the world’s largest network of culinary and hospitality institutes, winning this award in the midst of our 130 year anniversary celebrations is the cherry on top of what has been a remarkable year.
