Food Hotel Malaysia (FHM) has invited us to feature our Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts under their Future Food platform.

Happening on Friday 22 September from 11 am to 12 noon, the event will start with a brief talk By General Manager Ms Ming Ho after which a cooking demonstration by Chef Stéphane Frelon-- Technical Director &   Chef Sylvain Dubreau- Cuisine Chef Instructor will feature a couple of plant-based recipes to the public in a special demonstration theatre.
