Le Cordon Bleu Dusit joined The Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2017

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) organized a showcase authentic cuisine under the theme “Amazing Thai Taste Festival 2017” which was held on 8-11 June 2017 at the Airport Rail Link Makkasan Station. The event aims to promote the authentic Thai cuisine and a range of culinary workshops and so much fun activities throughout the 4-day event.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit joined this special event, providing information for participants who visited at our booth, offering them alternative programmes and short courses by our Staff and Alumna who were pleased to talk with a lot of prospective students and well-informed them of our culinary programmes, as well as the enrollment process to help facilitate future applications.

The highlight in this special activity seemed to be "an Exclusive Lemongrass Macarons" which was performed by Chef Wimonsiri Sawanpornpen, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Sous Pastry Chef, on Friday 9 June 2017.
