Le Cordon Bleu to take part in 9th edition of HORECA Kuwait

Le Cordon Bleu London will be participating in HORECA Kuwait this year. Academic Director, Chef Loic Malfait, will be representing Le Cordon Bleu in several of the show’s highlight activitites.

HORECA Kuwait is the country’s biggest B2B Hospitality Exhibition, where all companies in food and food related sector participate to showcase their latest products, technologies and services to the hospitality industry, which is the fastest growing market in Kuwait.

Chef Loic will be a judge for the Hospitality Salon Culinaire, as part of a panel of international Master Chefs. More than 300 chefs will compete in live cooking competitions and food displays over the course of the 3-day event. During the event Chef Loic will also be demonstrating an innovative plant-based recipe to a group of chefs at the Annual Forum. Finally he will take part in the HORECA Hospitality Forum to discuss the latest trends in the hospitality industry with other experts and Food Bloggers providing their valuable insights on the topic.
