Scholarship Quarter Finalists Announced
We are delighted to announce the quarter finalists for Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship 2026.
Ursula trained at the Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts and has taught at leading cookery schools in both the UK and Italy. She has toured the US, running classes in all Sur la Table stores, is consultant chef to Café Nero and has made many appearances on BBC TV.
Ursula demonstrated a selection of delicious Italian bread and baked goods.
