Guest Demonstration with Ursula Ferrigno

Le Cordon Bleu London were recently we were joined for a Guest Chef Demonstration with acclaimed food writer and chef Ursula Ferrigno.

Ursula trained at the Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts and has taught at leading cookery schools in both the UK and Italy. She has toured the US, running classes in all Sur la Table stores, is consultant chef to Café Nero and has made many appearances on BBC TV. 

Ursula demonstrated a selection of delicious Italian bread and baked goods.
