On Friday 20th December 2019, Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia hosted its autumnal graduation ceremony at The Sunway Hotel Resort & Spa in the heart of Bandar Sunway.
Led by Executive Chef Stephane Frelon, the Grand Diplôme®, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie, graduates were welcomed on stage to accept their diplomas and medals in front of a their family and friends.
Speeches from Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs instructors and alumnus Chef Darren Chin, owner of DC Restaurant and Bref by Darren Chin had passed on some useful advice for the fresh graduates to adapt to the professional world.
The ceremony ended with group photos taken to commemorate the occasion plus a sumptuous Christmas lunch prepared by the hotel.
