Future Foodtech Festival 2022
We were invited to participate in the Future Food Tech Festival under the TFF SOUTHEAST ASIA REGIONAL HUB umbrella where we have the opportunity to work with a diverse network of visionary partners who share the passion for next-gen-led innovation to solve local and regional agri-food challenges. The Food Festival showcasing Plant base products, aims to bring together local, regional and global players and producers and showcasing their products in the MarketPlace via food stalls set up, the venue chosen for this event was Publika. This will provide avenue for local producers to showcase their alternative protein product offering or for local start-ups to launch into the growing alternative protein space. This platform will open up the floodgate for food innovations and link up partnerships to succeed.
We have 2 restaurants helm by our Alumni, namely Gen by the award winning Chef Johnson and CATA by Chef Terry sharing their plant base recipes and products for tasting to the public. Le Cordon Bleu chefs presented 2 plant base recipes namely Orange, Coconut- Chocolate Brioche & Almond Caramel Bars. We were also able to promote the newly launch Plant-Based Diets: Nutrition & Wellness : Explore the Culture & Science of Plant-Based Eating which is a 10 Week Online Course developed by Le Cordon Bleu London.

Ambassador and Host of the event was also our Alumnus Abang Brian a TV host, Celebrity Chef and Educator who truly enlightens the whole MarketPlace and the launch event attended by VIPs.
The event was a success in bringing awareness to the public, the Food & Beverage industry and chefs the importance of plant based food which can help to elevate good health, better diet with nutrition, better environment and innovation in food recipes.
