Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to announce that the Diploma in Culinary Management has been re-designed and enhanced to represent the most up-to-date trends and solutions in Food & Beverage Businesses. The programme has been created with entrepreneurship at its heart for chefs with ideas and a creative spirit.
The course offers an advanced, interdisciplinary curriculum designed to develop the next generation of culinary business leaders in the food and hospitality sector. Integrating culinary innovation with business strategy and entrepreneurship, the programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to design, develop, and manage contemporary food concepts within an increasingly complex and competitive global landscape.
Through a combination of critical analysis, applied learning, and industry engagement, participants explore key areas including gastronomic trends, sustainability, food safety and regulation, financial planning, and strategic marketing. Central to the programme is the development of students’ own original food business concept, enabling learners to synthesise culinary creativity with operational and commercial viability. Graduates emerge with the capacity to think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and lead effectively within diverse culinary and hospitality environments.
Each student will have completed a business proposal for their concept along with the design and development of their menu upon completion of the programme.
