Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo launches Culinary Village

Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo is very proud to announce the opening of the newest exciting project of the Institute: the Culinary Village, an innovative space of 700 square meters, in the heart of Vila Madalena, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in São Paulo. It combines 7 areas and concepts designed to meet the needs of modern society and companies. This initiative marks a significant step in the nearly 130-year history of Le Cordon Bleu, aiming to offer a diverse and multicultural experience in Brazil and around the world. The idea is to create a "village" environment to integrate different audiences, including partners, brands, companies, gastronomy researchers, students, and alumni.

The Culinary Village aims to promote connections and closer ties between various sectors, contributing to the cultural memory of the city and the Institute by offering a space for shared experiences and knowledge around tables and good times. The space includes the Experimental and Innovation Kitchen, with the capacity to accommodate more than 50 people to enjoy 4 menus specially crafted by Le Cordon Bleu chefs, the Le Cordon Bleu Café and Kofi&Co, offering complete coffee experiences, and the Le Cordon Bleu Boutique with licensed products related to gastronomy and lifestyle. Additionally, it features the Nina Horta Memorial, displaying the personal legacy of the writer Nina Horta, with over 2,500 books and 660 kitchen items that belonged to her. The Culinary Village also includes a Quartier Coworking on the mezzanine, designed to host startups, companies, and meetings, with shared and private rooms and an exclusive VIP room.

This innovative project reflects Le Cordon Bleu's commitment to expanding its presence in Brazil, a dynamic and forward-thinking market, and providing a unique and distinctive experience for its audiences. The official opening of the Culinary Village took place on September 21st, with the presence of important figures, including the President and CEO of Le Cordon Bleu International, the co-founders of Ânima Educação, and Brazilian and French authorities.
