A Statement on COVID-19

At Le Cordon Bleu, we are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and have issued regular communications to our teams on what precautions should be taken to prevent infection.

COVID-19 is a new strain of Coronavirus. The incubation period is between 2 and 14 days. The following symptoms may develop in the 14 days after possible exposure to COVID-19 infection:

There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19.

So far none of our students and employees, have been infected by the virus and our operations generally continue except when instructed or advised, as we follow the governmental and official local recommendations.

The best way to prevent infection is good hygiene, for which it is recommended to : regularly wash your hands with soap and water – for at least 20 seconds, avoiding touching your face (eyes, nose or mouth), covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throwing the tissue in a bin, and using hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available. Hand sanitising gel has been provided across the institutes.

Le Cordon Bleu is taking the matter extremely seriously. In this regard, Le Cordon Bleu has implemented additional health and safety measures for the good of all within the institutes.

Le Cordon Bleu aims to do its best in being supportive during this period. We are asking that staff and students exercise care and caution and seek guidance where appropriate.
