Chocolate showpieces will be on display at Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park from Thursday March 28.Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne’s Certificate IV in Patisserie students have been busy in the lead up to Easter, creating stunning chocolate masterpieces as part of their intensive curriculum.

To showcase their creative talents, 14 artworks made entirely of chocolate will be on display at Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park from today (Wednesday, March 27).
