In a spirited collaboration between gastronomy institute Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia with Business France  the third edition of Bonjour France sees participation of 3 premium supermarket chains -Isetan, KLCC, Jason’s Food Hall and Jaya Gourmet Grocers at Intermark, food-lovers in Malaysia had a unique opportunity to enjoy and share the taste of France. Bringing you Cooking Demonstrations, pop up cafe & special kiosk featuring French signature dishes, sweets and pastries operated by the Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Association, for you to (re)discover “A Taste of France”  and to “Feed Your Curiosity”

 The BONJOUR FRANCE fair will give an opportunity for visitors during the weekends an opportunity to attend cooking demonstrations with tastings conducted by Participating alumni from the Malaysia, Paris and Australia schools

Le Cordon Bleu showcased French recipes at these retail venues from 5 - 21 May. 

 Chef Liang of Whup Whup Restaurant and conducted cooking demonstration( Jason’s Food Hall on 13 May and Isetan KLCC on 14 May)

Chef Shean Toh of Steaks and Lobsters ( Isetan, KLCC from 12 till 17 May)

Chef Janice Siew pop up Patisserie ( Jason’s Food Hall from 6 till 21 May)

Chef Swee San of Sweet Spot conducted cooking demonstration ( Jason’s Food Hall on 13 May and Isetan KLCC on 14 May)

Chef Sarina of  of RI, Penang ( Jaya Grocers Intermark from 10 to 14  May 2017)

 Chef Janice Lee of Jam & Kaya  ( Jaya Grocers Intermark from 5 to 9 May 2017)  

 Chef Lionel Ng café at Alliance Francaise conducted cooking demonstration ( Jaya Grocers Intermark 13 May and 14 May Jason’s Food Hall BSC)

 Special French recipes were printed out and were given away to those who dined at the pop up restaurants and kiosks as well as those who attended the cooking demonstration sessions.

 Le Cordon Bleu Chefs headed by Chef Rodolphe Onno together with Chef Florian Guillemenot, Chef David Morris  conducted cooking demonstrations with tasting features at Isetan, KLCC on 6,7 and 13,14 May

 Those who came FED THEIR CURIOUSITY with authentic produce of France and savour the special offerings from the café and cooking demonstrations during the fair helmed by Master Chefs.
