Design, create and decorate your own 100% edible gingerbread house, based on the theme of Christmas!
Whether you are dreaming of a white Christmas with an edible, rustic forest cabin, or showcasing the epitome of an Australian Christmas with a bright, coastal-themed gingerbread beach house, the possibilities to your incredible gingerbread creations are endless.
Embrace the Christmas holiday spirit and bring in sweet, confectionery elements to your decor, like piped icing, candy canes, chocolate features, textured biscuits and edible baubles, to detail your gingerbread house and create an edible scene of the season.
One talented, lucky winner will receive an amazing Le Cordon Bleu prize pack full of merchandise, including the ultimate world-famous cookbook, the Chocolate Bible.
Create an original, 100% edible gingerbread house based on the theme of Christmas. Then enter via Facebook or Instagram as per the steps below:
Entries close on 12 December 2021. The gingerbread house must be made entirely of edible materials and the structure of the house (walls, roof, etc.) must be made out of gingerbread.
Tom Milligan, the Technical Director of Le Cordon Bleu Australia will be personally judging all the gingerbread house competition entries based on the following criteria:
One winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook on Tuesday 14 December 2021. The winner has 48 hours to contact us via direct message on Instagram or Facebook to claim their prize.
The lucky winner will receive an amazing prize pack full of Le Cordon Bleu merchandise, plus the ultimate world-famous cookbook, the Chocolate Bible!
