Wendy is a Grand Diplôme graduate that has taken their passion for pâtisserie and skills gained from our programme to create an Auckland business that blends French culinary precision with her cultural cuisine. Wendy joined us as an alumna to host a cooking demonstration session earlier this year in Auckland, as she prepared for the event we had the oppertunity to reflect on her journey as she offered words of encouragement to potential students and future business owners.
