To celebrate 125 years of excellence in teaching, Le Cordon Bleu has reached out to its alumni to propose a voyage of unique tastes and flavours.
This book, featuring 70 of our Le Cordon Bleu Alumni from all around the world, showcase the talent of our alumni and their career paths in the four corners of the globe. We are pleased to have 5 Alumni from Malaysia who had contributed very interesting recipes to this book.
We are pleased that 3 of them, YBhg Dato Chef Fazley Yaakob, Abang Brian and Janice Siew were present at the school to receive a complimentary copy to thank them for their contribution. This limited edition recipe book is published and sold exclusively by Le Cordon Bleu.
