Alumni of different programmes and graduating years returned to their alma mater to celebrate the Le Cordon Bleu community, some coming from as far a field as Germany and India.
The event was also attended by Le Cordon Bleu London’s teaching chefs and lecturers, who were keen to catch up with their former students.
The festivities featured drinks and canapes, created by Le Cordon Bleu’s Chefs, along with speeches from Head of Institute & Culinary Arts Director, Chef Emil Minev, President of the Alumni Chapter and Head Sommelier at CORD restaurant, Jiachen Lu and Francesca Tagliavini, Senior Career & Industry Advisor for Hosco, the platform that hosts Le Cordon Bleu’s alumni network.
The proceedings concluded with an award ceremony to recognise a few alumni who have made an outstanding contribution to the industry.
