New year, new skills: Le Cordon Bleu Australia releases new 2025 short courses
This holiday season, Le Cordon Bleu Australia is bringing the gift of culinary excellence to budding food enthusiasts across the country.
Le Cordon Bleu students come together to feast on food and culture.
Le Cordon Bleu Australia and Southern Cross University hosted this week the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism residential program, attracting some 15 online students from both Australia and overseas to come together for a 3 day residential to do what gastronomic tourists love best: socialising, learning about new destinations, and of course, enjoying eating and drinking experiences.
This year’s residential students organised the event themselves, taking on all the designing, and programing to bring about a feast of the interesting, and the inspirational. Included tours of innovative businesses and historical sites, a demonstration of modernist cuisine, a food writing forum, and a networking event where current students enjoyed the company of Le Cordon Bleu gastronomic graduates and alumni.
The ultimate aim of the residential program is to provide our Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism students with as many opportunities as possible, and to interact with knowledgeable and experienced people involved in gastronomic tourism, including academics, gastronomy practitioners, business professionals, and entrepreneurs.
