Welcome to 2021:

We're Back on Campus & Cooking

Le Cordon Bleu Australia Orientation For the first time since COVID-19 started to take effect, all Le Cordon Bleu Australia campuses are open and welcoming students back on campus!

On the 18th January, we kicked off Orientation Week 2021 for our new students across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. In order to maintain our inclusive culture, we provided students an online Orientation Day to accommodate those who are offshore, launching the new year together from near and far. We were very happy to meet this year’s new students and provide introductions to staff and lecturers supporting them through their studies.

This week, the Le Cordon Bleu kitchens are heating up again as we welcome back our continuing students onto our Australian campuses with anticipation. Focusing on a new chapter for 2021, we are looking forward to being a part of our talented students’ journeys as they develop and refine their skills and passion for the industry.

Le Cordon Bleu Australia is so excited for everyone’s year ahead and we share our student’s enthusiasm for making this year successful on all levels. In support of our students, we are passionate about flexible learning initiatives and through our livestreamed open classrooms, we will continue to deliver the innovative, leading standard of culinary arts and hospitality education which comes with studying at Le Cordon Bleu.

We can’t wait to see what all our students achieve this year!
