On this one-day course, you will learn a technique to temper chocolate and the skills to make filled chocolates and dipped chocolate. By the end of the class you will have learned the fundamentals skills to enable you to make professional quality artisan chocolates at home, perfect to give as gifts.
Included in the price:
All ingredients, all cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience. All of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
Maximum of 12 participants working at their own station.
