Cake and Pound Cake - Gâteaux de voyage


Here’s your chance to learn all the techniques and skills necessary to make the ever popular traditional French mini almond cakes,  the Financiers, and other cakes perfect for enjoying with an afternoon tea or coffee. During the workshop you will have the opportunity to follow the advice of the Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef and make a selection of cakes, learning how to incorporate traditional flavours and preparing you to be inventive with your own creation back in your own kitchens.

This 6-hour workshop (including a 30 min break) is suitable for both pastry beginners and those with experience.

Included in the price:
6-hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron and tea towel. Cakes are yours to take home after the course. No previous experience is required to participate.
Maximum of 16 participants working at their own station.
