  • Plan, organize, and manage the operation of a kitchen as a production department in restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments.
  • Determine the cost of raw materials and their impact on the price of finished products.
  • Ensure food safety throughout the food chain and verify the quality of ingredients.
  • Refine and optimize the proper use of raw materials to maximize their yield.
