Learn all about chocolate in chocolate truffles workshop. Under the guidance of one of our Master Pâtissier, you will discover the process that turns this humble fruit into chocolate bars we all love.
By the end of this workshop, you will understand the technique of tempering and the basic ganache being prepared and applied using a variety of techniques such as hand rolling, moulding and piping.
Featuring: 2 kind of truffles: milk chocolate orange / cognac and dark chocolate tonka / crème de whiskey
