This cooking course is designed for Asian food lovers, using the finest produce you will learn to cook classic Thai cuisine dishes and discovery new ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. During this three hour practical class our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs will learn all the skills needed to reproduce these dishes in your home kitchen
Spices: Making a traditional Thai red curry paste
Vegetables: Making a vegetable Thai curry
Rice: Steaming Thai jasmine rice
White Fish: Preparing traditionally spiced fish cakes*
Sauces: Making a Thai dipping sauce
Included in the price
A four hour practical session, all ingredients, a recipe booklet, an apron, and tea towel. All cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our kitchen for use on the day.
No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
