Made with French, Swiss or Italian meringue; during this three hour master class you will learn how to make the perfect French macaron with a selection of classic fillings.
Under the guidance of one of our Master Pâtissier, you will learn the techniques on how to make French meringue, prepare “macaronage” and colour application, as well as produce a variety of emulsified ganache.
Included in the price:
3 hours group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet.
Macarons are yours to take home after the cooking course. No previous experience is required to participate.
Maximum of 12 participants working at their own station.
