Created for the aspiring and passionate baker, our one day Italian bread making course will help you to expand your baking techniques and knowledge. You will learn how to master the art of creating authentic handmade breads, all baked in our professional bread ovens.
Our Master Baker will then show you how to produce a selection of artisan Italian breads including focaccia, grissini, ciabatta.
No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
All you need is the right skills and understanding of core ingredients.
