During the Introduction to Chocolate Tempering Workshop you will learn:

  • How to temper chocolate
  • How to mold
  • Making of Rochers
  • Making of Earl tea grey ganache

Included in price: 
All ingredients, a recipe booklet, all items created during this workshop are yours to take home at the end of the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course and it is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience.
