In the three hour group practical lesson you will discover secrets and techniques of Italian Pizza and Focaccia. During the lesson you will work alongside our Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef to learn the techniques for making traditional and modern Italian famous doughs

All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both novices and cooks with some experience. All of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.
