Paris, October 2017 - Le Cordon Bleu, the leading global network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes, is pleased to announce its presence at the Frankfurt Book Fair, from 11th to 15th October 2017. The Le Cordon Bleu booth is located in the Gourmet Gallery (Hall 3.1) Stand L126.
To encourage gastronomy lovers to satisfy their interest in the culinary arts, Le Cordon Bleu regularly publishes books. Many have been internationally acclaimed, some becoming references in culinary training. It is over 10 million books sold around the world.
In the context of the exhibition, Le Cordon Bleu will present its numerous books, as well as its last two publications:
Two chocolate demonstrations will also take place. Delivered by Chef Fabrice Danniel, Assistant Culinary Arts Director and Head of Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Department, these will occur in the Gourmet Gallery on booth 3.1 L 99 on:
