Our student social evening are a great way for students to get together but also to meet some with passionate food professionals.
This month we were delighted to welcome:

- Ritter Courivaud: finest speciality food suppliers who focused on butter and cream
- Wine tasting with Gusbourne Estates: one of the best wine producer in England
- Mash Purveryors: one of the most renowned fruits and vegetables supplier in the UK
- Tom Badcock from Cheese Cellar for a fantastic cheese tasting
- Hansen & Lydersen Ltd: acclaimed smoked salmon producer
Additionally our chefs entertained students with workshop and tasting on Cake decorating, Boulangerie and Artisan Breads or nutrition.
