Le Cordon Bleu Paris is organising an online Cordon Vert® cuisine demonstration on Monday 13 December 2021 at 12 pm (Paris time).

This event is the perfect opportunity to discover the new Nutrition and Health programmes available at the Paris institute and around the globe:

  • Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts. This new 3-month diploma, whose intake will take place in July 2022, provides specialised culinary education for the growing demand for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based products in the restaurant industry.
  • Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition and Food Trends. Lasting 3 months, this programme enables participants to learn the fundamentals of nutrition and how to apply them to the culinary arts, in order to gain a global understanding of the current issues and appropriate solutions in the restaurant sector. The next intake is scheduled for October 2022.
  • Cordon Vert®, Vegetarian Cuisine culinary workshops. Open to all food lovers, these 2h30 workshops teach you how to make delicious vegetarian recipes.


Chef Instructor Alexandra Didier will demonstrate: The perfect egg, Jerusalem artichokes in olive oil, toasted buckwheat, Parmesan Reggiano cream, root vegetable petals.
