Taking place on Saturday 2nd May, The Le Cordon Bleu London Spring Festival 2020 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Plant-Based Workshops outlined below:

  • 11:30am - 1:00pm: Butternut squash and spinach borek with dates, pistachios and almonds
  • 2:00pm - 3.30pm: Barbeque tofu with tabbouleh and pomegranate
  • 4:30pm - 6.00pm: Coconut tapioca pot with pan fried caramelized pineapple and passionfruit ginger compote

Plant-Based Workshops:
Based on content from the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts, this practical workshop will showcase delicious dishes made solely with plant-based ingredients, teaching you how to utilise underused ingredients to create well balanced dishes which can suit a range of dietry requirements.

Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available, such as performance knives by Zwilling.

Please note: A general admissions ticket is required to attend workshops. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.
