Sharpen your skills at the chopping board.
Develop your knife skills under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu Chef and see the difference it will make in your kitchen. This session, you will focus on 'turning' vegetables, julienne and brunoise slicing techniques, how to quarter a chicken and the art of filleting fish.
Demo: Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
Practical: Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
