              Learn both classic and modern approaches to sauces, the base for any great cuisine

              Add variety to your meals. Learn how to make sauces that pair well with meats, fish and eggs.

              Demo: Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.

              Practical: Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.

              Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
