New year, new skills: Le Cordon Bleu Australia releases new 2025 short courses
This holiday season, Le Cordon Bleu Australia is bringing the gift of culinary excellence to budding food enthusiasts across the country.
Culinary students from all stages get to know each other over drinks and tapas
La Rambla Spanish Tapas bar in Peel St, Adelaide, again played host for another Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Welcome and Networking Event for current students of the Culinary Arts programs. These popular events are held frequently for new and continuing students to mingle with staff and each other in an informal setting.
Students were treated to a short presentation by Le Cordon Bleu Academic Manager Shannon Hall, who interviewed Kyle Young, one of La Rambla’s co-owners. Kyle provided fantastic and invaluable insight to running a business, and provided some very relevant and useful advice to our culinary students.
There were 70 guests in attendance with guests feasting on an abundance of Spanish tapas!
