Summer Festival 2022

Le Cordon Bleu London

Le Cordon Bleu London were delighted to host the 2022 Summer Festival on 2nd July. With multiple workshops and demonstrations from top industry chefs, fun games and a food tasting area, this year's festival allowed hundreds of guests to visit the institute and see first-hand what Le Cordon Bleu London offers.

Guest Chefs demonstrating and providing samples for guests included Rakesh Nair of The Cinnamon Collection, Chris Galvin of Galvin Restaurants, Masaki Sugisaki of Dining's SW3, Slade Rushing of Louie London, David Oliver of CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, and Pastry Team UK, who won the European Pastry Cup this year.

Guests had the opportunity to experience a taster of the full range of curriculum Le Cordon Bleu London has to offer, from workshops in classic French culinary techniques to innovative plant-based cuisine and skills in wine tasting.

Between workshops and demonstrations, festivalgoers could indulge in some of the delicious products on display from Classic Deli, a division of Classic Fine Foods. A fantastic spread including the finest cheeses, chocolates, truffle products and champagne where available to sample throughout the day.

Guests also got stuck into the games provided by the Le Cordon Bleu team, which challenged participants to use sensory analysis to guess the secret ingredients of chocolate and herbal infusions, and a scavenger hunt around the school with fabulous prizes including short courses and cookery books.
