LE CORDON BLEU MALAYSIA
We end the year and term with one of our biggest graduation ever. Graduating 94 students out of whom, 10 had received their Grand Diplôme with 3 other graduates who received all 3 of our culinary programmes under their belt.
At the ceremony we saw our Chefs giving their last piece of advise before our fresh graduate embark in their professional chef careers. Supportive parents and friends who attended the event raved about the good food which our graduates brought home after every class with many of them not having cooked a single dish before they embarked in our program.
Industry guest speaker Chef Graff Kwok an Alumna of Le Cordon Bleu London, currently the Executive Pastry Chef of St. Regis Kuala Lumpur gave an inspiring speech about challenges as well as the competition she faced over the past 10 years or more before reaching the position as an Executive Chef. The atmosphere was surreal when each graduate was presented with their parchments by their respective Chef Instructor and their only regret was that their learning journey at Le Cordon Bleu had come to an end.
They had all cherished the valuable lessons learnt not only about cooking but about the professional life as they embarked on a new journey. The school looks forward to seeing our graduates to be leaders in the industry creating new trends and making a mark for themselves in the Culinary World.
