Le Cordon Bleu London Launches New Master’s Degree Course in Partnership with Birkbeck, University of London

Le Cordon Bleu London are proud to announce a new Master of Science in Culinary Innovation Management (MSc) degree in partnership with Birkbeck, University of London. The unique Master’s degree has been developed by Le Cordon Bleu and Birkbeck as an in-depth course in culinary innovation management. The course will prepare students to meet the needs of a demanding and competitive industry. Suitable for both experienced professionals and recent graduates, the unparalleled industry knowledge from Le Cordon Bleu and business and management expertise provided by Birkbeck, are an ideal combination to equip students to take on the next step in their career.
