Internal Internship Programme
The internship program is on-the-job-training to help students or newly graduates gain experience, skill, organizing and responsibility to be ready to step inside the culinary industrial such as hotels or restaurants.

The internship will give you a chance to fulfill a wide range by assist chefs, develop recipes that you have learnt, measure ingredients, preparing ingredients, replenish supplies, storage, keep workstations clean and assembling dishes according to a restaurant or hotel recipes and specifications as a part of a culinary internship.

Internship feedback: School will keep tracking of the internship as how you have been trained and achieve your goal of internship or how to be satisfied with both student and working place

Internship certification: If student has completed the internship period and followed the rule of working place, school and working place will issue the internship certification for you.

  • Q: How do I apply an internship?

    A: Unpaid internships are only available for Thai students. International students who interested in applying for an internship programme, we may have to consider on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Student Services Office, you can find a list of organizations you might be interested in. Please note that your application does not guarantee a placement.

  • Q: How do I find a job?

    A: You can find advertisements for jobs on the school notice’s board, website and Facebook. There are many job search websites and agencies in local newspapers or you can find more about employment opportunities from the Industry Employers for any related jobs available.

  • Q: Can anyone do an internship at the school?

    A: All students are welcome to apply for work experience placements but we give priority to students who have graduated from the Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâisserie, Grand Diplôme, Diplôme de Boulangerie or Diplôme de Cuisine Thai. Of course students considered for internships must have attained excellent results in all their courses.
