Julia Child Scholarship 2019 Finalists to Compete on 16th September

Le Cordon Bleu London are pleased to announce 15 of the 16 Julia Child Scholarship Finalists.

The Finalists selected for the Julia Child Scholarship are:

The last place in the Final will be decided by a public vote using videos created during the Semi-Final. The applicant with the highest amount of likes on their YouTube video at 12:00 on 31st July 2019 will secure the final place.

The Final of the Julia Child Scholarship takes place on Monday 16th September where the applicants will have another round of interviews and some practical assessment time in the state-of-the-art Le Cordon Bleu London kitchens. The runners-up and winner will then be announced in the evening at a cocktail reception by Le Cordon Bleu alumna and baking legend Mary Berry.

The 2019 Julia Child Scholarship winner will receive 12-months study at Le Cordon Bleu London on the Diplome de Patisserie with Culinary Management, expert advice and mentoring from four incredible former students, work experience at the world-renowned 5-star hotel The Savoy, 1 year membership to the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and luxury central London accommodation for the full 12-months. Prizes will also be awarded by the Business Show, Churchill and Zwilling.
