              Food & Wine Writing Course

Study online at Le Cordon Bleu Australia
Le Cordon Bleu Australia 12 week Food & Wine Writing Course

Have you been so affected by good food and wine writing that you've gone to the restaurant reviewed, bought the wine suggested, tried the recipe described?

Do you regularly read a particular food or wine writer because you love their writing and trust their knowledge?

Have you asked yourself: How do I write like that? What exactly makes good food and wine writing good? How do I get my food and wine writing published?

Food & Wine Writing is a 12-week unit from the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism program, a collaboration between Southern Cross University and Le Cordon Bleu. The unit can be studied as part of this program, or as a single unit of study.

The next intake (Session 1) will commence on Monday 27th February 2017.

              • Neil-GOW-160
The flexibility of the on-line delivery allows me to successfully manage my studies around work and home life with the added bonus of being a member of a network of like-minded individuals who share a similar passion.

              • Marion-Trethewey-160
Because I live in such an isolated place, I don’t get a lot of opportunity to network. Online Learning gives me an avenue to explore and share my love of gastronomy and the culinary world. It gives me a little link into the world that I love.
Marion Trethewey - Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism
              • Jane-Duncan-160x160
The Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism has strengthened my appreciation for food and wine and has given me the opportunity to study a range of topics from the history of gastronomy through to destination marketing. The program has allowed me to build on my existing knowledge and qualifications and has provided me with the foundation for an exciting and rewarding career in gastronomic tourism.
Jane Duncan - Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism Current Student, Tourism Officer
              • Jarrod-Scott-160x160
Studying the Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism will broaden the scope of what I already know from working at Oxenberry Farm Wines & Café and will better arm me to continue spreading the delights of gastronomy to the wider public.
Jarrod Scott - Le Cordon Bleu Master of Gastronomic Tourism Current Student
