When Brooke Elliott travelled across the world to Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand's Wellington campus, she knew hospitality was the industry for her. However, with the wide range of career opportunities and pathways that exist within hospitality, it can remain challenging to navigate. Thanks to the Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business's breadth of topics and passionate tutors, Brooke discovered her love of wine.
