- Learn the techniques in making choux pastry, a fundamental recipe in French pastry arts;
- Our highly experienced chef will teach you step-by-step how to prepare choux pastry and three (3) wonderful variations; and
- The class will taste the pastries cooked by the chef and may take home what they have baked.
