    Duchess potato, Potato croquette, Cinderella potato, Potato soufflé with Bleu d’Auvergne
  • Demo 2) 29th April with Chef Georges Ringeisen
    Flemish potato, Arly potato, Kimchi potato, Potato cake with goat cheese and cumin
  • Demo 3) 13th May with Chef Jongha YOO
    Potato soup, Korean style potato ragouts, Potato brochette, Korean Potato rosti
  • Demo 4) 20th May with Chef Youngra LEE
    Comte cheese aligot, Potato veluteand leek,

Contest Info

  • Date: 27th May (Mon)
  • Time: 1 PM - 4 PM (Evaluation & Ceremony continues after the contest)
  • Venue: Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy
  • Participants: Current Students of Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy who attended < Potates USA > Demonstration Class
  • Subject: Create your own recipe by using US potatoes
    * 2 Plates must be presented in 3 hours. (1 for tasting 1 for presentation & photo shooting)
  • Prize: 1st - Scholarship of KRW 4,000,000 for upper class in 2019 Summer term.
    2nd - Scholarship of KRW 3,000,000 for upper class in 2019 Summer term.
    * The scholarship won't be paid in cash but only applied by deducting tuition.
    * Recipe should be submitted before 4th Demonstration class on 20th May.
