Watch demonstration of how to prepare a scrumptious plant base meal made of cucumber and guacamole cannelloni, tempura okra, heirloom tomato and sweetcorn tartare.
NOTE: This short course contains a demonstration and tasting only, no practical workshop. Price includes paper chef hat, apron, branded towel and take away container.
