Over the last century Le Cordon Bleu has seen revolutionising change as we have evolved from a Parisian cooking school to an international network of culinary arts and hospitality institutes. Our philosophy of achieving excellence through constant practice and refinement remains the same, even as we grow to meet the needs of the contemporary culinary and hospitality industries.

GD Goenka University School of Hospitality, established in 2013, delivers a range of culinary and hospitality courses developed with industry in mind at the undergraduate, post-graduate, and diploma levels. The School of Hospitality has an international academic collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu, the most reputed name in the field of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, ensuring the best in international trade and industry exposure.

Graduate Programmes

In association with GD Goenka University School of Hospitality, Le Cordon Bleu India offers two programmes at the Graduate level:

Diploma in Hotel Management

A one and half year intensive programme that prepares students for the diverse and fast-paced world of hospitality. Students will learn the fundamentals of kitchen management, wine pairings, and food and beverage service along with marketing and human resource skills.

With practical and interactive training sessions and theoretical lessons, along with industry exposure, students will be prepared for operational and administrative careers in hotel and restaurant management, banqueting and catering, and the entertainment and leisure industry.

After the completion of this diploma programme, students are eligible to directly enrol to the second year of Bachelor Degree Programmes offered at Le Cordon Bleu Australia or pursue the Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) programme at GD Goenka University.

Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT)

A four-year intensive programme which builds on the foundations of the three year Bachelor of Hotel Management programme.  With an increased focus on strategic management and managerial accounting, human resource management, and a thorough introduction to marketing, this four-year programme prepares students for more advanced careers within the hospitality industry.

Admission to the Le Cordon Bleu Australia Bachelor programmes is subject to required IELTS Score, successful completion of this Diploma programme with a minimum CGPA of 5 and issuance of Visa by the Australian High Commission.

Post-Graduate Programmes

To build on their graduate experiences, students have the opportunity to explore post-graduate programmes at Le Cordon Bleu India.  These programmes elaborate on the topics and skills taught at the graduate level while providing further training in sales and marketing, ethical practices, and related software applications alongside practical experience.

  • Master of Business Administration - Accommodation Operations and Management (two years)
  • Master of Business Administration - International Hotel and Restaurant Management (two years)
  • Post-Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts Management (one year)

Events, activities, and seminars are regularly hosted by the School of Hospitality for Le Cordon Bleu India students, their families, and members of the public.  From celebrating international holidays to wine tastings and mocktail workshops, the events and activities incorporate various interests and ages.
