First Certificate Ceremony - Rio de Janeiro
On October 16th we had the first certification ceremony of the students of the Basic Cuisine & Basic Pâtisserie courses. Our students underwent theoretical and practical tests and were evaluated by the Cordon Bleu faculty, with the special presence of our Chef Director Technical- Academic Patrick Martin, as well as the participation of renowned Chefs Roland Villard and David Jobert.

New Chef of Pâtisserie Rio de Janeiro- Emanuel Pinheiro
Emanuel Pinheiro left Maceió, Alagoas, at the age of eleven, hoping to have a better life. At fifteen, he entered a bakery kitchen just to help clean up, and in less than three months, was promoted to an assistant position. His success and growth were enormous that soon he was called to work in the city of Toulouse, in France. Since then, he has gained the world.
