Introduction to Italian Wines Course – Brings you into the Wine

Tuesday 21 – Friday 24 March 2017 at 17.30 hrs. – 19.30 hrs.

The purpose of this 8-hour program is to demystify Italian wines through a series of four regional tastings; starting our virtual wine journey in the southern part of Italy and the Islands; then travelling to central Italy and visit the north east. Finally, complete our journey in the North West.

Le Cordon Bleu scholarship for the Hautes Etudes du Goût 2017 programme
