How to make perfect pastry cream?

When the Movement Control Order - MCO (lockdown) was declared by the authorities, no practical lessons can take place at our school. However our chefs have been streaming recorded cooking demonstration lessons so that our students can continue their learning curve and keep on practicing even in their respective homes.
