Experience our 3-course dinner expertly curated by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Master Chefs and prepared by our highly talented superior level cuisine students. The meal is meticulously prepared and the food is beautifully presented under the close guidance of our expert Chef Instructors. Each ticket includes a welcome cocktail. Water, tea and coffee is will be served with your meal. Wine by the glass will be available for purchase.

Alumni recipe: Red wine poached pears

Originally from Washington D.C., Amanda Bankert studied pâtisserie in Le Cordon Bleu Paris. In 2016, she opened Boneshaker, an all-plant bakery in Paris's 2nd arrondissement. She has just published "Voilà Vegan", a book of 85 plant-based recipes that are as delicious as they are healthy.

140th anniversary of the Alliance
Française in Paris

On Thursday, July 20th, several Chefs and students from Le Cordon Bleu Paris specializing in pastry and boulangerie participated in the organization and preparations for the 140th anniversary of the Alliance Française in Paris. For this occasion, several artistic pastry and chocolate creations were made by the Chefs and students from the institute.
